Subway have announced they will be opening a new store this June, on South Street in Chichester. The firm have wanted to open a Chichester based store for some time, but had previously yet to find the right location. Subway had been looking at a number of potential areas, but is seems 29a South Street bagged the top spot.

The store will create 15 new jobs in Chichester, and will be owned by a local small business company who already own a number of stores in the area. The company currently have 4 Subway stores to their name, and have provided 60 new jobs to the local area. With the 15 new jobs created in Chichester, the business is giving the local area a well needed jobs boost.

The new Subway store will be a positive step for Chichester’s economy, generating new jobs and providing a healthier take out option for people visiting the store. A win win situation all round!
