Bartender – Farmer, Butcher, Chef

We’re looking for a confident, passionate Bartender to join the team at Farmer, Butcher, Chef - our flagship restaurant where great food, brilliant drinks and warm hospitality come together.

At the heart of the bar, you’ll do more than serve drinks. You’ll set the tone, spark conversation and help turn an evening out into something truly memorable. Whether you’re pouring the perfect pint, recommending a wine, or crafting one of our signature cocktails, you’ll bring flair, personality and pride to every serve.

You’ll be someone who loves fast‑paced service, cares about the details, and understands that the smallest moments - a smile, a suggestion, a perfectly balanced drink - make the biggest difference to our guests.

What you’ll be doing
  • Creating standout bar experiences with confidence and energy
  • Serving beers, wines and cocktails to the highest standard
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Playing your part in a vibrant, friendly team that loves what it does
  • Upholding service standards that make guests want to return, again and again
What you’ll need
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Prior experience working behind a bar (similar environments desirable)
  • Confidence serving beers, wines and cocktails
  • A hands‑on, positive and proactive approach
  • Great attention to detail and a personality guests connect with
  • Own or reliable transport due to our rural location
  • Aged 18 or over (in line with licensing laws)
