We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our busy and developing finance team responsible for all aspects of sales invoicing and credit control for the Goodwood Hotel and Goodwood Club. Set in the heart of the Goodwood Estate, the Hotel is a luxury 91 bedroom Hotel with award winning dining, stylish bedrooms and leisure facilities. The Goodwood Club is a private members club incorporating a bar, restaurant and private dining, in addition to 2 golf courses.

Reporting to the Hotel Financial Controller you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely sales invoices, pro-active credit control and comprehensive debtor management for the Hotel and Club. In addition you will work closely with the finance and operational departments to ensure that processes and controls within the business are adhered.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of sales ledger invoicing and credit control, preferably with Hotel experience. You will be highly organised and be able to work quickly to meet deadlines. Good team and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate at all levels. Knowledge of finance systems and strong MS Excel skills are also required.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is required.
