We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support the F&B Manager in supervising and running the operations of the Kennels Restaurant. You will take all orders from guests and so will have substantial F&B knowledge to enable you to up-sell and describe menu items. In the F&B Managers absence you will responsible for managing staff and handling complaints from members.

Applicants for this role will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced, pressurised environment. The ability to communicate at all levels is essential along with proven skills to deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally. It is desirable that candidates will have experience of working with the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Experience of working with 'Jonas' booking system is an advantage but not essential.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
