A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to assist with the management of Goodwood Estate's mixed organic farm. This is due to the current and future development plans of the Goodwood Food brand.

Although primarily a hands on position, the main purpose of this role is to assist with the progression of all areas of the farming business. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are essential to this role.

Reporting to the Farm General manager, the successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day running of the farm and will need to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

- Communications and leadership
- Animal husbandry, forage and crop production
- Knowledge of assurance schemes, cross compliance, environmental stewardship
- Financial management, record keeping and IT skills

You will have proven relevant experience of working in a team environment on a farm. Organic experience will be beneficial but not essential. You will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and flexible in your approach to help promote our products.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
