We are lucky to be able to offer a variety of wonderful and unique venues from the contemporary Goodwood Hotel and the retro Old Control Tower to the splendor of Goodwood House These venues offer our guests the opportunity to host a variety of events from conferences, meetings and private dinners to golf and activity days and magnificent gala dinners.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Revenue for Venues, this role is responsible for but not limited to the effective management of the Estate Sales and Planning office teams and activities. You will have a proactive sales approach and know how to create sales strategies to ensure the delivery of budgets and prepare forecasts and reports to ensure the revenues are monitored and delivered, while continuously working to strengthen and build the business by leading the team with a passion to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience and a proven track record within a sales environment and worked within the hospitality industry. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate initiative are fundamental. Knowledge of Delphi or a similar booking system and experience in managing a sales and event planning team are vital. In addition, excellent customer service skills are essential.

Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own or reliable transport is essential.
