We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our talented and creative team in our incredible 2 AA Rosette restaurant.

You will take pride in delivering the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats and cheese fresh from our very own Goodwood Home Farm. 

We thrive on controlling every aspect of our produce in the best way we can. Our butcher is directly involved in designing dishes according to what cuts are available. This original approach means nothing is wasted.

As our Demi Chef de Partie, you'll be at the required level or be ready to progress into this role with a genuine passion for food and excellent service.

Our customer’s dining experience is at the heart of all we do, and you will be integral to our joint success. Your unique qualities will help further enhance our food story.

What you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in a role of a same or similar level
• Experience of working in a multi-kitchen environment or as part of a big team
• Experience of fine dining. Ideally with experience of a 2 AA Rosette restaurant or with the passion to strive towards this. 
• Ability to develop inspiring dishes relevant to the dining experience
• A passion for delivering amazing customer experience
