The Creative Arts Studio is home to a unique mix of talent and experience that provides a varied and exciting programme of creative activities for adults with learning disabilities and autism. 

The Creative Arts Studio provides an accessible and relaxed yet stimulating environment encouraging students to try new experiences and gain new skills while developing their abilities and confidence and this has a positive impact on their daily life, ambitions, and self-esteem. 

We believe the arts are an important form of communication, expression and that experimentation leads to new ideas, new achievements, and new goals.

As a Creative Arts Assistant, you will:

• Help students to create wonderful artworks on a daily basis

• Support students to achieve their aspirations and life goals

• Have fun and grow as an individuals

• Support the students in their personal journeys as artists

• Work within a lively and friendly environment

• Assist with the daily running of the Creative Arts Studio

• Support students to take ownership and make decisions for the life they wish to lead
