Temporary (or secondment opportunity for existing WSCC employees) for 1 year.

The purpose of this new post is to provide support to small and medium sized organisations (businesses, social enterprises, community groups with premises) to save money through reducing waste, improving energy and water efficiency.

Working with the West Sussex Social Enterprise Network and the West Sussex Sustainable Business Partnership, you will organise workshops and co-ordinate peer to peer support networks. You will also develop the Sustainable Business Network in West Sussex, deal with enquires, make referrals for further support, disseminate information through newsletters and develop contact databases.

With a degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent qualification/experience), you will have experience in organising events and working with external organisations as well as being an excellent organiser with good attention to detail and experience of managing databases.
