Based at East Row, Chichester City Centre. The Intensive Family Support Team in Chichester needs a Social Worker to complete the team. You will be part of a busy team facing all of the challenges of Court Work and Child Protection work in the context of Integrated Working and an organisation striving to improve. You will be responsible for delivering high quality services to our most vulnerable children and families, children with Child Protection Plans and children subject to Care Proceedings. Experience of Court Work is desirable, but not essential. We can offer you a pleasant working environment with high quality management and clerical support. You will also need to demonstrate sound analytical skills that can translate into coherent Care Plans for children, a clear understanding of Integrated Working and commitment to working collaboratively with professionals from our partner agencies.
