Working within the Chichester Locality Community Team you will be flexible and committed to the principles of self-directed support and safeguarding adults. Being able to prioritise work and communicate in a multi disciplinary environment is essential. You will be supported in your work by a Team Manager, who will provide you with regular supervision, and ongoing training. An understanding of social care legislation, recent policy developments and some of the key issues facing adults and older people is required. Applicants will be expected to have good interpersonal skills, be able to challenge and advocate on behalf of their customers and be fair and considered in the way they approach their work.
