We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Designer, who has a passion for luxury design and a keen eye for detail.

As a member of the Design Studio team at Goodwood, you will have an aptitude for diverse design solutions, for both internal and external literature across printed collateral and digital applications.

You will be required to create engaging designs according to requirements, consistently delivering a high standard of work and ensuring that the Goodwood brand is always properly represented.

A good knowledge of digital design would be beneficial, along with an aptitude for illustration, though not essential.

This rewarding role will provide the opportunity for you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and varied environment as you collaborate with teams from across the 11,000-acre estate, as well as working behind the scenes at our internationally acclaimed Goodwood sporting events.

• BSc/BA in Graphic Design or a related field
• A strong and original portfolio showcasing your design skills and an understanding of premium design
• You will have a keen understanding of layout and typography and a thorough knowledge of Adobe CC applications and graphics editing tools (e.g. Adobe CC applications – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• An abundance of passion for creativity with a problem-solving aptitude and a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels including internal customers and with third parties, printers, illustrators, photographers etc.
• An efficient approach to deadlines and the ability to multi-task while prioritising workload is imperative.
• Due to the rural location of Goodwood Estate a full UK driving license is advantageous
