You'll be getting to the heart of our digital data, providing analytical support directly relating to our customer’s online interactions.

We are looking for someone who loves Data, extracting, manipulating, and analysing to create insightful reports  and forecasting, telling compelling stories,  understanding  our current position whilst uncovering future opportunities for growth.

Understanding our digital footprint is a key factor to the on-going decision making involved in everything we do at Goodwood. As our Digital Analyst you will analyse our digital practices and identify opportunities for improvement by understanding and reporting on our customer behaviour in the digital space.

Demonstrate the best commercial practices, taking a lead role in digital analytics and reporting on our key performance against our KPIs.  You will ensure all necessary controls and procedures are in place to validate the accuracy of information.

You'll be a natural communicator, excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach with a solutions driven mindset.

What you'll need:

• An eagle eye for detail, with strong commercial awareness
• Experience and proficiency in using Google Analytics 4, as well as other Google products such as Google Data Studio (looker), and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of web analytics best practices, such as setting up goals, events, conversions, and segments, as well as implementing and testing tracking codes and tags.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work with colleagues of different levels and backgrounds
• Confident in presenting analytics to a wide-ranging audience
• Excellent communicator
