Stonepillow has social enterprise projects in Chichester and Bognor Regis comprising a large retail warehouse and a high street charity shop, selling predominantly furniture, white goods and electrical products, and run with the assistance of clients and other volunteers.

Based at our Retail Warehouse in Terminus Road, Chichester, you will maximise income through sales, including online sales, by using commercial decision making and creative flair. You will directly supervise our collection and delivery team currently consisting of two Luton vans, two paid van drivers and volunteer drivers’ mates.

You should be hardworking, conscientious, flexible and be confident of working in a fast paced environment. The successful applicant will be a team player with demonstrable supervisory skills, preferably have charity supervisory or retail experience, ideally in a charity furniture outlet. You will be commercially aware, have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Facebook, be well organised and hands on. You will also have the passion and leadership skills to help motivate, train and supervise a team of staff and volunteers.
