Stonepillow Restore is a social enterprise project, funded by the National Lottery. The project helps to promote recycling by giving long term unemployed including Stonepillow's clients work experience opportunities to develop a variety of practical skills and giving a new lease to unwanted donated furniture and white goods which will be sold to families on low incomes. A strategic and operational role, your remit will include: Project management; agency networking and relationship building; marketing, fundraising; reporting; budget management; team building and leadership. We are at an important stage in our growth and wish to recruit a talented/business minded Project Manager with warehouse management experience who will be able to take specific responsibility for developing and taking the project forward. You will need to demonstrate strong networking skills, experience of partnership development and managing/implementing projects with experience in developing and delivering business plans and budgets; you will need to have a proven track record of managing and achieving goals on time and within budget. Highly organised, resourceful and entrepreneurial, you will need to have experience of working with vulnerable adults. You will be willing to roll your sleeves up and multi-task.
