An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant Supervisor within a new café concept at the Goodwood Art Foundation.

You will take pride in delivering locally sourced and expertly created dishes, much of which comes from Goodwood Home Farm, including Cheese, Dairy and Meats. First impressions really do count and you’ll be the one making them, from greeting guests on arrival, seating and ensuring they are served in a prompt and personal way and receive a consistently positive experience on every visit.

Effectively supervising and training the Café team you'll ensure all areas are ready and prepared for Lunch.  

The Foundation is a new not-for-profit organisation, located on the Goodwood Estate and is scheduled to open to the public in May 2025.

The Foundation, will showcase world class contemporary artists, their works set in a newly designed landscape by an award winning architect and a leading arts education programme designed by a world leading expert. 

The Art Foundation will be open Wednesday to Sunday, there may be a requirement to work additional days or hours as necessary.  The café will be closed in the evening, except for events.

• Enthusiasm for what you do
• Good level of F & B knowledge with previous hospitality supervisory experience 
• Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Natural communicator, good negotiator and influencer
• Passion for training and developing people
• A team player with a sense of fun!
• Genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest dining experience
• Fully conversant with the Weights & Measure Act 1963 and any recent updates
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety issues
• Thrive on a challenge and be keen to make a real difference
