Picture yourself at the heart of our thrilling headline motorsport events - Members Meeting, Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.

Every year we surprise and delight thousands of guests at our events and we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Executive to join the team who make these spectacular events happen.

In this exciting and fast paced role, you will be responsible for a combination of administrative and planning of the event infrastructure. You will join a fun and passionate team to build the Members' Meeting and the Festival of Speed before moving on to enjoy the build, theatrics and set dressing of the Goodwood Revival.

You'll be responsible for leading the Event Control Room preparations, managing the Revival period transport fleet and overseeing the installation of temporary event infrastructure, to name a few! 

It's a team thing - everybody mucks in to make things happen and we want you to be at the centre of it. In return, you'll gain experience and exposure of the operations and logistics of our events and what makes them tick behind the scenes. You'll have opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to plan and deliver world-class events. 

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience of working in an office environment
• Exceptional administrative skills including strong attention to detail and being super organised
• Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages. 
• A people person, who exudes confidence and enthusiasm, with a sense of fun
• Flexible with changing priorities and longer working hours around the events, including weekends in the build-up to and on event
