About the Role & the Person
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and professional Bookings Administrator to join our vibrant community at West Dean in our Sussex Campus (near Chichester).
As a Bookings Administrator, you will handle incoming bookings and enquiries, primarily for our wide array of creative short courses, as well as accommodation. You will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, so attention to detail is essential. You may be the first point of contact for our guests, so the ability to deliver excellent customer service, whilst maximising bookings and ensuring effective administration is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer services and administration, have excellent communication skills, with a positive and solutions focused approach.
The role is predominantly telephone based and data entry, working within a calm and focused environment. There may be opportunity for hybrid-homeworking (following successful probation period).

Hours & Location
The role is based at West Dean, the idyllic Grade II listed rural campus in the stunning South Downs near Chichester (West Sussex).
This role is 21 hours per week to be worked over 3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 09.00 – 17.00. including the occasional Saturday (Saturdays are covered on a rota basis shared across the team).
