In this newly created position, we are looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Manager, within the Goodwood Art Foundation, a newly established not for profit organisation.  

This is a truly unique opportunity, to launch a leading Art Foundation, creating and implementing an integrated communication and marketing strategy. You'll help ensure all activity is fresh, impactful, and engaging, to drive awareness and loyalty.

Along with a naturally creative mindset and passion for art, the successful candidate must have excellent copy writing skills and enjoy the art of storytelling to effectively build the brand and tone of voice of the Art Foundation.

You will possess a strong data driven approach, to optimise customer behaviour and market trends and an understanding of how to effectively co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Thinking outside the box, you will be creating core organic content to tap into a wide passive audience, ensuring the effective marketing of our unique stories, points of difference and values.

As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively towards differentiating the Goodwood Art Foundation.

What you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing & Communications within the luxury sector
  • Previous experience in the art world or not for profit organisations an advantage
  • Digitally savvy - results driven marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing tactics and measurement tools to influence campaigns, aid customer attraction and retention, whilst growing revenue
  • Engaging communicator
