We are recruiting two Part Time female support worker the role offers work across weekday, weekend, including evening and sleep-ins. Due to the individuals, specific needs this role requires a female and a driver with a full driving license.  

We are looking for someone to join our small team dedicated to supporting two people to live their lives, have fun and feel good. You will work closely with each person and their families to ensure that their time is spent doing the things that matter to them, as well as discovering new things to do.  You will actively listen to the people we support and their views and wishes (sometimes this may mean by observing and learning, not just verbally). Encourage free thinking, and always adopt a non-judgmental approach. Responsible for supporting people to maintain contact with family and maintain existing friendships and create opportunities to form new friendships.
