You will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to the staff, students and other stakeholders for various programmes and activities within the Institute, with particular focus on the Primary Initial Teacher Training programmes (PGCE Primary, BA (Hons) Primary Teaching, FdA Teaching and Learning Support).
You will be an accomplished administrator with previous experience of providing high standards of customer service; you must be able to demonstrate effective organisational, planning and time management skills as well as analytical skills and an attention for detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and use own initiative, you should be a pro-active team player who brings an enthusiastic, flexible and helpful attitude to work. Excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to problem solving.
This is a full-time role based at our Bognor Regis Campus and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, usually 8.30-5.00pm (4.30pm Friday). You may be required to work occasionally (once or twice month maximum) until 6.00pm with advance notice.
