Are you an experienced and confident Campaign Manager ready to apply your skills to a unique, varied and incredibly rewarding business?

This is an ideal time for a Campaign Manager to make a huge difference to a large organisation which has recently invested in a customer data platform and campaign automation software. Now we are looking for a talented individual to drive it!
You will be the keystone in a business wide contact strategy, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders to deliver increased customer lifetime value through automating customer journey communications and effective tactical planning and execution.

What you'll have:
• Substantial experience in a similar CRM role ideally with digital marketing experience in the leisure or retail sectors
• Robust knowledge and project management experience of defining, shaping and delivering CRM technical system architecture needed to optimally drive forward CRM.
• Proven ability and enthusiasm to get hands-on with the tools required for building audiences and emails, and executing campaigns
• Great key stakeholder management and influencing skills.
