We are looking for an e-Commerce Manager to join our dedicated and passionate Retail team at an exciting pivotal moment in our development of our Retail strategy.

You will be responsible for delivering the Online Sales budget for our Retail business whilst overseeing all elements of e-Commerce from Digital Marketing, Campaign management, Digital Merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimisation. Working closely alongside our Central Digital Team, you will also manage our Retail website and the campaign and merchandising plans for all digital channels.

As the successful candidate you will have excellent ecommerce management experience of a B2C retail website and also digital marketing including Paid Media, SEO and social media. Strong communication skills are essential as is your ability to work closely with others. You will thrive on driving a commercial agenda for retail through our digital media and will be experienced in leading and driving change. Your creativity, passion and drive will ensure that we can share the fantastic retail offering from our rural Estate to a global audience.
