Full Time (37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday))

This is a key post within the Aldingbourne Trust providing supported employment services for people with a learning disability, autism and/or other support requirements. The role involves supporting the day to day management of the WorkAid project and coordination of the project as a lead partner working with other specialist providers across West Sussex.

 The service requires excellent organisation and co-ordination skills to make sure that contract outcomes are met in a timely, person centred, and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that agreed individual and team targets are fulfilled, as well as supporting staff in conjunction with the WorkAid Manager. Internal auditing and Quality Management skills will be essential to ensure that the people we support meet their objectives and successfully progress into employment.
You will also have a strategic role, supporting the objectives of the project business plan to be met and deputising for the WorkAid Manager when necessary.

The position is based at Aldingbourne Country Centre (Fontwell) but will involve county wide travel to offices, temporary bases and home working staff across the county.

The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
