You will be the driving force behind our Business development for Hound Lodge, our stunning 10- bedroom country retreat, with the continued activation of new revenue streams. This is a key component in shaping our future sustainability and growth.
You will possess a strong ability to deliver commercially by creating an energised and collaborative team environment which will thrive under your leadership. Together you will proactively promote Goodwood to corporate businesses, have a full understanding of competitor activity and the impact on Goodwood, when negotiating with clients.
With at least 5 years’ experience in delivering consistent commercial growth, you will be able to demonstrate success in high profile, demanding and fast paced environments, including the delivery of strategies to the C Suite sector, HNWIs and International markets.
You will report directly into the Director of Estate Sales and must be well versed in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations.
