We are a value added wholesaler, training centre and a leader in our field. We specialise in selling intelligent building systems, all delivered to the highest standard in simple, usable, solutions via our network of qualified systems integrators.

We are expanding our team with a view to significant growth over the next few years and are currently looking to recruit a new Stock and Purchasing Manager to join us in our offices near the harbour in Bosham, Chichester.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around our in house stock with the focus on delivering product in a timely manner to our customers.
Training will be available for all aspects of the position. You will have a desire to learn, develop into the role and then take on a leading role to develop and improve our ability to deliver product quickly and accurately.

The position will include the following:
• Overall responsibility of the entire stock process from purchase order generation through to shipping, invoicing and stock replenishment.
• Stock management
• Generation of purchase orders.
• Follow up suppliers and generate delivery dates.
• Informing colleagues and customers of any delays
• Answering questions and liaising with courier companies and suppliers via email or telephone
• Stock inwards /outwards process management and quality control
• Analysis of stock problems to reduce likelihood of future failures.
• Co-ordination of warranty and other returned stock with the after sales support team.
• Ensuring pricing and supplier co-ordination is maintained
• Unpacking, packing, labelling and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Your skills will include:
• A good telephone manner and good written skills with the ability to represent our business to the industry at large.
• A lot of initiative and self motivation.
• A desire to get involved to get the job done as part of the team.
• High levels of PC literacy with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High levels of organisation.
