My client is an established manufacturer of Marine based navigation systems based in the Hampshire area who are currently looking for a Graduate/Trainee Electronics Design Engineer on a permanent basis. Easily commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

• Degree in Electronics. • Experience of 8 bit micros (8051 & PIC16F etc). • Experience of embedded "C" is essential as is experience of i2C. • Experience with Ethernet and CAN bus would be an advantage.

You will hold the ability to design from initial conception, through schematic and PCB layout, embedded software and mechanical packaging of the final product.

The hours of work are 08:30-17:30 Monday-Friday. The annual salary is circa £23k.
