**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR** FREE PARKING ** CENTRAL CHICHESTER

We have an exciting opportunity for a personable and service driven candidate to join their Customer Service Team in central Chichester.

The Role...
As an Advisor you will be required to provide the highest level of customer service when taking orders over the telephone and completing returns and exchanges. You will be providing knowledgeable advice to the customers ensuring that they are able to make an informed decision on their purchase. The other half to this role will be co-ordinating deliveries, issuing dispatch sheets and checking in stock.

The Candidate...
To qualify for this role you must have a good level of education and have previous experience of working in a customer focused position. Ideally you will have experience within an office environment however most importantly you must be able to demonstrate empathy and concern to customer issues.
