Location: Across Bognor Regis
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time hours available
Salary: £25,307.10 full time equivalent, pro rata for part-time hours, plus evening and weekend on-call enhancements.
Essential: A car, business insurance and driving license (mileage paid), due to the nature of the role you will be travelling around Bognor Regis

What you’ll be doingEvery day brings something different. You might be:
- Supporting someone to plan their weekly shop
- Heading out to the cinema, a fitness class, or a local café
- Helping someone manage their home — cooking, cleaning, or daily tasks
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and new experiences
- Lone working in the community, making decisions and using your initiative
- Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real difference
- A genuine passion for helping people develop independence skills in a fun way
