Lead Generation Executive

£20,000 to £22,500 per annum
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Do you have a passion for data, a drive to deliver results and a knack for generating high-quality leads?

We’re looking for a highly motivated, results orientated Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic B2B marketing team, playing an important role in driving the growth of our business.

This role would suit someone that has previous experience in data capture and data entry and is looking to develop further into B2B marketing with a role where they can easily see the impact of their work.   

A bit more about the role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for sourcing contact data and building audience profiles to help deliver marketing campaigns to targeted customer groups using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn, to generate increased customer engagement and lead generation for our sales team.

What we need from you:

With a keen eye for detail and enjoyment of working with data and data reporting, you'll have full responsibility for sourcing contact information for specific customer audiences, and cleansing of new/existing data, to deliver successful B2B CRM campaigns. 

Some previous marketing experience would be ideal, to help understand marketing "lingo" as you'll be working with all areas of marketing to analyse CRM activity and identify opportunities to aid campaign planning and performance.

Our marketing team:

We like to think we’ve got a cool team of people, not only in our marketing teams but across the business.  We currently have a marketing team of 6 who are specialists in what they do, from communications, customer marketing, SEO to website. The team work a couple of days each week in the office together and then choose what works best for them for the rest of the week, between the office and home. You’ll often find them chatting about anything and everything throughout the day!  They are a committed group of people, even spending a team day community volunteering in heavy rain (now that’s dedication!).
