We are currently looking for a Client Engagement Advisor, working on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 08:45am – 17:15pm. A bonus scheme applies to this role; paid quarterly. This role is on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. 

The successful individual will be driven by a passion for exceeding customer expectations, providing first-class customer service, and working to targets. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of outbound client service activities to grow and enhance our client database. This includes maximising client retention, welcoming and winning back clients, promoting our range of services, and driving client satisfaction.

Previous experience of working in a high-volume customer service environment is essential, as well as a proven sales record and call handling skills. You will enjoy varied, and challenging work with the support of a vibrant team environment.
