An exciting opportunity has arisen within Northern West Sussex, with a primary base in Horsham, for a permanent Mental Health Social Worker. The post is a part established multi-disciplinary mental health team which provides treatment and support to people suffering with dementia. You will be working with clients with a diagnosis of early onset dementia helping them access packages of care to maintain their autonomy, maximise their quality of life and support their carers.

You will be a qualified Social Worker and ideally an AMHP or prepared to undertake the training.
