Can you “feel” quality and are you passionate about developing dynamic e-Learning? Learning & Development are looking for an e-Learning Design and Training Quality Officer to join our busy Operations Team.

This twin focus role will take the lead on designing and delivering a range of on-line learning solutions such as webinars, e-learning modules, videos or games and will need to be at the forefront of making best use of learning technologies, that engage, inspire and challenge learners supporting the organisation to become more “digitally savvy”.

Using your training professional expertise you will quality assure and evaluate our complete learning life cycle from pre-event learner engagement, through learning experience and experimentation to embedding that learning back in the workplace, recommending changes and improvements as appropriate based on observation and evaluation feedback.
