Project Support Assistant –Targeted Education Team
Bognor Regis Fire Station

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our friendly and dynamic team who deliver education programmes that help keep children safe and well.
The role is responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of initiatives that are delivered at fire stations and in schools across the county. This will mean liaising with fire fighters, schools, parents and youth workers to ensure that people and resources are in the right place at the right time and that there is smooth delivery of the service.

You will need to possess excellent IT skills in order to maintain accurate records, prepare invoices for payment and record project expenditure. Our ideal candidate is well organised and literate with first-rate communication skills.

The post necessitates the need to travel around the county on a regular basis to support the end of programme presentations, with transport provided.
