Ready to share your great ideas, great practice and great outcomes, you will lead on practice within a specialist service area and contribute to training and practice development across the wider service. It’s a chance to make your mark as you provide expertise and guidance to colleagues to ensure that families get the interventions and support they need.

Passionate about making a difference, you will provide expert advice and support to social work teams, mentoring /coaching of staff and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice.

You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Children Looked After (North), full time based in Horsham
• Children Looked After (South), full time based in Worthing
