Keats in Midhurst is a friendly, family run independent estate agents with an emphasis on customer service and not targets.

The office is based in a grade two listed Georgian-fronted building in the middle of the main shopping street.

Keats was formed in the late 1980s recognising that a high quality independent approach was possible where full attention could be directed towards the client.

Since then the group has grown into seven independently owned offices on the Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire borders.

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator, based in our Midhurst office. The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Some experience within Lettings and Property Management
• Computer literate with all Microsoft packages
• Some experience in office management proceedures

You must have a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone as this is key to the role.

The role will require liaison with the public, landlords and tenants.

Duties to include:

• Viewings
• Negotiation
• Filing and lettings software input.


Own car, business mileage included.

20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
