Bar Assistant – The Kennels

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join The Kennels Bar team at Goodwood, reporting to the Bar Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, people focused environment.

The Role
You'll deliver a personal, welcoming and efficient service to all customers, helping to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return. You'll build strong relationships with customers, confidently upsell menu items, and maintain excellent knowledge of our food, drink and events across the Estate. You'll also ensure high standards are upheld behind the scenes, including cleanliness, health and safety, and thorough shift handovers.
