What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with members and guests – your friendly vibe will make them feel at home 
• Running the show behind the scenes – from check-ins, daily operations and event support 
• Confidently upselling our services and products (bonus points for being a golf guru!)
• Anticipating customer needs and delivering VIP-level service every time
• Supporting exciting events - from corporate golf days to member' competitions

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, friendly, and always ready to tackle any challenge with a "can-do" attitude
• A passion for and understanding of golf is essential
• Strong communication skills – you're a natural people person
• Organised and proactive with the ability to stay calm under pressure 
• A team player who brings energy, fun and enthusiasm to every shift
