My Choice Children's Homes provide residential care for children across nine homes throughout Sussex and Surrey. 

We are looking for resilient Casual Support Workers who would like to work within a caring environment nurturing and secure environment for the development of young people, to act as a professional parent and role model.  You will require excellent people skills and be able to develop and maintain good working relationships.

The company has a fantastic support structure in place and is known for their excellent career development and training.  Hours of work are zero hours and therefore, you could any day of the week.  We also provide an employee benefits scheme, Perkbox and a contributory pension scheme.

If you have experience of working in children’s residential settings and have Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare qualification or an equivalent, we would love to hear from you.
