We are looking for Full Time support workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project in central Bognor Regis.

We support 23 adults with learning disabilities who live in their own flats. The holder of this post within the Aldingbourne Trust are responsible for enabling people to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence.

You will work as part of a team with staff and the people we support to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of people are recognised, assessed, and met.

We welcome anyone who enjoys working with people and making a difference.

Essentials: 

• 18 years old and over

• Full time - 37.5 hours per week (as per rota) 

• One - two sleep ins per month (paid at an extra rate)
