All we ask is a can-do attitude with a very hands-on approach, and a willingness to get involved and support in whatever might be required to satisfy client and Company needs. 

We are looking for a confident, tenacious individual who doesn’t mind repetitive tasks. Our successful applicant will be confident, be IT literate and tech savvy, have a great telephone manner, and be highly organised with great attention to detail. Experience of Adobe (for report generation) would be a bonus, but full training will be given. 

This role is responsible for administrative support regarding the referencing process as well as assisting the Account Managers on a day-to-day basis. 

 

  • Working with the Account Manager team on a day-to-day basis to support their administrative requirements
  • Ensuring references are received in good time for clients by chasing responses 
  • Supporting the transition to automated processes for screening services 
  • Lots of ad hoc duties that may be required of you to support the business needs
