As a Leading home dispensing company working to support the NHS, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our winning sales team. In exchange for a competitive salary, company car and fantastic package of benefits, you will be responsible primarily for managing relationships across your own territory in the North of England, maintaining key relationships and growing the business as you discover new opportunities. Initially managing ostomy accounts you will share our passion for achieving exceptionally high standards, supporting our values and vision.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will...

  • Be an experienced Clinical/Healthcare medical professional with a passion for sales;
  • Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets;
  • Be able to share with us and evidence any awards and nominations you have achieved;
  • Have a commercial mind set, with a keen eye on return investment;
  • Have effective Account management experience;
  • Have a challenger mindset and know how to overcome obstacles;
  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality;
  • Demonstrate your effectiveness as a networker with an ability to build relationships and influence both internally and externally across all levels;
  • Show real strength, tenacity and have a competitive mind set with a desire to win;
  • Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence

If you are successful;

You will be joining a high performing field based sales team, promoting our home dispensing service across the UK.

Living within your territory in the North you will be working on promoting the service to ostomy customers, whilst having the flexibility to adapt and adjust direction as the Company evolves in line with market developments. You will be building and maintaining relationships across acute hospitals and community environments and advocating the Fittleworth range of services.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be:

  • Running your territory like a business demonstrating a commercial mindset;
  • Agreeing strategy and tactics with The National Sales Manager to exceed plan;
  • Maintaining existing relationships, protecting sources of New Patient Referrals while developing new business opportunities;
  • Participating in any projects that relate to your market segment;
  • Developing relationships with key users, influencers and decision makers in target accounts and within the market segment;
  • Continually look for and suggest, ways we can continuously improve the service we provide to Health Care professionals and our mutual clients;
