Customer Support Advisor
We are looking for a full time Customer Support Advisor (initially for a 6 month contract period). Your role will primarily be to manage client communications to provide a high quality of customer service. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and first impressions count! We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across Telephone, Live Chat, Emails and our back office platforms.
