West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is at the heart of the directorate and looking for talented people to fill current and future Watch Manager vacancies.

To be successful in your application you will need to provide evidence of the skills and qualifications detailed in the Role Profile, along with your ability to demonstrate the West Sussex County Council Values.Applications are welcome from substantive competent Wholetime Crew Managers. Please note that these vacancies are being advertised on behalf of West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service. They are open to serving operational fire service personnel both in WSFRS and other local authority fire services.

The selection process will run from the 30th October until the 17th November 2017.

We are holding two workshop events, to provide further information about all stages of the process. The workshops will be held on the 29th September and the 4th October 2017 at Worthing Fire Station, BN14 7RN. Workshops will run from 09:00 – 12:00.
