Salaries range from Junior £12,000 to more senior roles from £20,000 basic with OTE of up to £50,000 and benefits

A selection of property roles for an independent agency based in Alton, Petersfield, Guildford and Haslemere areas.

2 x Trainee Lettings Consultant £12,000 - £13,000 basic + car allowance (£150pm), commission and OTE £35,000 based in Farnham and Petersfield. If you have a passion for property and enjoy meeting new people this is the ideal job for you. No previous experience necessary but most have motivation and good communication skills as well as being a driver with your own car.

Experienced Lettings Manager c.£25,000 basic with an £50,000 OTE + car allowance covering the Alton area. Previous Lettings experience essential.

Experienced Sales Manager and Lettings Manager for a new start up office based on the A3 corridor between Guildford and Haslemere. OTE £50,000 + car allowance. Previous experience in lettings or sales negotiator essential.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-6.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9-5pm, if you are interested in any of the above roles please send your cv to me. They will be looking to interview at the start of the New Year.
