We are currently seeking permanent, full time Factory Operatives to join our busy production teams across our sites in Chichester and Selsey, West Sussex.

Hours: 12 hour shifts to include days and nights

6-6 OR 7-7 (site dependant)

Responsibilities include:

Working as part of a multi-skilled team to perform a range of tasks as required in order to meet and exceed production targets & quality standards,

Supervising agency staff to ensure they deliver operational requirements and are fully trained to complete the relevant tasks,

Carry out tasks, operate machinery and follow processes as required to meet production targets, customer requirements, efficiency and quality requirements in line with Standard Operating Procedures,

Provide feedback to the Team Leader on work levels, machinery and material issues whilst ensuring GMP standards are adhered to throughout the factory,

Delivering technical and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality

Successful candidates must:

• Be able to communicate with all levels of the business
• Be flexible- the role is varied and the person will need to move around the factory on a regular basis
• Be willing to work in a chilled environment
• Possess the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure optimum factory performance and efficiency
• Have transport
