HR Advisor - Chichester
£25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits (Pension Scheme, Life Cover, CIPD annual renewal, Company Bonus Scheme)

Dynamite Recruitment are currently working with this fantastic company based in Chichester. Our client are now recruiting for an experienced HR Avisor to join their busy offices.
Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full clean driving license and have access to your own transport. Some travel may be required and a company car will be available for this purpose.

The Role:
- Ensure the company adheres to relevant legislation
- Handle all aspects of recruitment
- Product contracts of employment and ensure Employee Handbooks are kept up to date
- Assist with Inductions and New Starter programmes
- Provide support to line managers
- Be involved in training and staff development by guiding managers and ensuring records are up to date

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be CIPD qualified/completing the course
- Must have current and up to date knowledge and understanding of HR and Employment Law processes and procedures
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Must be self motivated and able to prioritise own workload
