Marketing & Communications Manager

Chichester - £35-40,000 plus Benefits

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions is the proud recruitment partner of choice for this highly successful business based in the Chichester area. We are currently recruiting on their behalf for an experienced, talented and motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to drive strategy, company wide marketing activity and press coverage for all areas of the business.

This is a challenging, newly created role which will require a creative approach towards the creation of marcomms messages for new propsitions created by the business, along with an ability to negotiate with and manage a range of suppliers.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that marketing plans are executed on a timely basis, propose and manage budgets, manage PR and other external agencies and manage the evolution and content of the company website. They will also deliver appropriate marketing collateral and promotional merchandise to sales teams where appropriate.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates should have solid and proven experience within a corporate marketing / marcomms function, preferably gained within the financial services sector. We are seeking a confident, self starter with high levels of commercial awareness. Good planning and organisational skills are essential as is a willingness to embrace change.
