Senior Customer Service Administrator - Insurance

Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this well established and reputable company based in Chichester. Due to growth the company are now looking for an experienced Administrator/Customer Service professional to join their busy Underwriting team and act as a supervisor and support team to Team Managers.

The Role:
- Speaking to customers with regards to continuing their insurance applications
- Using online system too enter customer information in order to process policy documents
- Acting as first point of contact for queries within the team
- Overseeing training of new employees
- Acting as Team Manager during any times of sickness or absence

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will need to be enthusiastic, driven and motivated
- Should be able to work on their own initiative
- Must have excellent customer service and administration skills
- Needs to be confident working in a team and taking on supervisory responsibilities

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week= 2 days of 8am/9am - 5:30pm & 3 days of 12:30pm - 9pm
OR
Monday to Saturday 37.5 hours per week = 2 days of 8am/9am - 5:30pm, 2 days of 12:30pm-9pm & Saturday 9am - 3pm
