FPR Group is currently seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join their Group IT team to join a progressing food manufacturer based in Sussex.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be performing the following duties:

*Providing a 1st and 2nd Line Application Support Service, working closely with the Hardware Support team to ensure faults are diagnosed quickly and ensuring that SLA’s are met *Taking responsibility for maximising the availability and functionality of the business’ ERP systems and other critical business applications *Producing and maintaining system process and support documentation *Liaising between the business and external support companies to ensure timely resolution of software issues *Being an available resource to support the Continuous Improvements team on new IT Systems projects and developments *Being part of an out of hours support rota

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

*Proven track record in supporting ERP implementations *Exposure to FMCG or similar manufacturing supply chain environments *IFS, SAP or other ERP system experience *Proficiency with the T-SQL language and database concepts *Ideally MCTS qualified *Experience of C# development and the .NET framework preferred

Skills & Competencies: *A team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written *Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the business *A strong customer service ethos *Logical and methodical problem solving skills

Other Requirements: *Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent eligibility to drive in the UK
